ISO 9001-2015 certification

ISO 9001 standard is the standard of quality management. It provides guarantees in terms of organizational quality within any type of structure. The ISO 9001 certification is to prove that a system of continuous improvement has been put in place within our company.

The philosophy of this standard lies in taking into account:

  • The context of the organization, our products / services
  • Of our risks and opportunities,
  • The performance of our system,
  • Monitoring and improving the satisfaction of our customers and stakeholders

Through this certification, the CNEP anticipates and reduces potential internal malfunctions. It measures the effectiveness of these services in deciding the performance of our organization. This allows us to put in place a logic of continuous improvement. This recognition also allows us to become competitive in international markets.

Technological Resource Center (CRT)

The Technological Resource Center (CRT) carries out a mission of general interest as well as the Cell of Technological Diffusion (CDT), directly assisting the companies and more particularly the SMEs, in the definition of their needs, by participating in the development of their activities through innovation and technology, and by building on networks of skills.

This assistance is adapted to each company, it is part of a global approach and takes into account the disciplines that accompany the technological development: transfer, marketing, project management, corporate strategy, regulation, monitoring …

But the essential mission of the CRT is the execution of technological services.
It has its own technological and analytical means and offers a range of catalog and customized services, which are the subject of quotations and billing to companies.
